Cormorant is a Minnesota township with the rapid growth of the lake living and retiree population. Their community center needs new outdoor facilities to accommodate sports activities and social events. This design analyzed the site topography and shade patterns to inform the placement of required amenities such as an amphitheater,  a bridge, a sports complex, a wildflower meadow, and a decking area around the building. All the walking paths were planned to follow existing topo with ADA standards and provide a rich experience with water, flowers, and shades.
