This project is aimed to differentiate the existing paths in the Mandan Veteran's Cemetery so the landowner could manage and renovate the site more efficiently. The analysis uses the design computing approach to calculate two options of closest routes for each headstone. The first option is from the driveway to the headstone (closet), the second option is from the designated walk path to the headstone (detour through pathway). We assume that the visitor will choose the second option only when the length of the second option is less than 1.4 times of the first option. After parametrically drawing out all routes, we counted the route frequency for each equal piece of the paths which will be used for design recommendations.
